- Your adventure begins in Ste. Anne de Sorel, 45 miles east of Montreal. Here you will board our twin-engine Aztec for Lacroix Lake, 235 miles north of Sorel. Lacroix Lake is 22 miles long with varying depths from 18 inches to 300 feet. There is no accessibility by road and we are the only outfitter on the lake. If you choose the VIP Plan at the main lodge on Lacroix Lake, everything will be taken care of for you from the moment you step off of the plane. We include EVERYTHING!
