- The Wildlife Branch ensures the long-term maintenance and enhancement of wildlife resources and their sustainable use in the Manitoba.
The branch is entrusted with carrying out Manitoba's responsibilities as established in The Wildlife Act and The Endangered Species Act. The major program areas are Habitat and Land Management, Conservation Data and Non-Game Management, Game and Fur Management, and Administration.
